Omni Containment Systems, LLC warranties its Grease Gutter line of roof top grease containment systems and exhaust fan Super Hinge hinging systems for the service life of the ventilator for which it was originally installed on. Omni will repair or replace at its option any systems returned to it during the warranty period. Any damage caused by misuse is not covered by the warranty. Omni's liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid to Omni for the system.
All implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose are excluded. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Purchaser's rights to any incidental or consequentiual damages is hereby expressly excluded.
Use of any material other than genuine Omni Containment Systems, LLC filters is not recommended and will void all guarantees associated with the Grease Gutter System.
